I think the “3 times” is the max consecutive dps boost, but I could be wrong

What I enjoy about POE 1 is creating my own build while learning all the mechanics and being able to create extremely tanky and lazy characters who only need max 4 buttons to play. (walk, attack, dash, then maybe a tincture, but never a potion) Is that kind of thing feasible in POE 2?

It's the same game. Same mechanics and same math but simplified. 99% of builds shoot for 1-button playstyle, maybe 2.

It is a learning curve to figure out the differences from poe1 however. Lots of players struggled with it at first.

Smokes can turn bad quick because of losing control of my route. Other than that, the only thing I don't wanna see is 50% monster hp because it takes longer to kill bosses.

I can do no defenses, I can handle extra monster dmg. Getting double afflictions can hurt but if I can avoid those routes it's manageable.

Not being able to see or not going to what i select hurts.

50% dmg is one of the best boons in sekhemas and it's very hard to pass up

My point is more that 1.0 (even if .5 gets an act and a class) is too far from 'finished'. Expect(even hope for) a delay in 1.0.

get a time lost ruby jewl with minion area and ur on the ascendency which +40%s the radius, fill out that kite on the right for +100% RF radius EZ

The problem with %es on amulet is its a global modifier and thus doesn't apply to builds with Mind Over Matter because there is no ES to scale. MoM is huge meta this league because of archmage stacking. Just how it is.
