Honestly, the iPad Air 4th gen is a much better value because of the better accessories available for it

However, since it seems like you don’t have that kind of option rn, for keyboard options, the Logitech Combo Touch is the best one for it, even though it’s still over $100. In addition, if you need a note-taking device, I would recommend getting the Logitech Crayon as it doesn’t require a damn dongle/cable lmao.

Well unfortunately the iPad 10th gen doesn’t support the Apple Pencil 2 gen

Only the Apple Pencil 1st gen

And you need a cable and adapter to pair and charge it
