Close Hamburger Menu button doesn't show

so basically i have a working hamburger menu now but the "X" close button icon doesnt show but the open hamburger menu icon/button shows and works perfectly fine. need help to fix this.

try checking it with inspect element

you can look at what class attributes are effected

i have a feeling its inheriting the display:none you have above

i notice in the css it says that the display is none, are you sure this is being set to block (so it will show)?

also in your inspect tab, do you see a tab called styles?

the styles tab will tell you the active css attributes applied to a element, very usefull for debugging something like this
