Just because you can't understand something doesn't mean that everything about it is useless.

I don't even know html, there is no point to learn all of it. Just learn basics and then ask google / duck duck go / some ai for specific things.
html isn't a very useful skill, but you never know when it'll be useful in your life. Very useful if you plan to get some money out of it somehow.
