There's no "best" language for cybersecurity. Different tasks require different tools. I would probably say that any of the following are good languages to start off with: Python, javascript, bash, powershell, C, C++, SQL
Not sure why you want to start off with something more difficult but up to you I guess

Python is good for basic scripting. C and assembly will give you a good idea of how memory works. I would say you need more domain knowledge than anything for cybersecurity tho.
