Bootstrap and CSS query

I have an issue with the work section of my bootstrap portfolio overlapping with my contact section when in 67% zoom but not when in 50% zoom and the default launch zoom of my webpage is 67%. Should I resize bootstrap or custom css or is there a way to change the default zoom of the webpage?
