Need a bit of advice

After doing EDA and plotting the graph, I got this, so I was wondering how should I approach this graph for next 12 months prediction, I thought of using Simple Mean Forcast since there's like no trends being followed.. Any suggestions on the method to provide a next 12 months forcast demand for this data?

can you group the data further in any way? Any trends might not be noticable because it's not grouped properly

and since it's a time-series forecast you might want to use a line-graph
