Its a written language and the visual examples are written out versions of that languae so kind of going to have to read a fair bit
Theres loads of video courses thay could help if you check like udemy and stuff
I think as a beginner you should start with the free online courses like code academy etc but it requires some reading
Yeah, if you're going to get into coding you'll never be able to avoid reading. Whether that's code, documentation, research papers, or whatever else, you'll need to get comfortable with reading

Here are some resources you may find helpful.
I HIGHLY recommend taking little courses on Udemy for any language you want to learn. Some of those guys get really deep into the language and the videos are certainly more entertaining than a dry text-based tutorial. Udemy is $30 a month but it is VERY MUCH worth it! Programming is hard and takes time, if you stick with it you WILL figure it out. One day it just starts to piece together in your head. Then it's time to start learning a new language. GOOD LUCK!
