Can't interact with objects in winter cabin

Playing on PC
When i try to interact with jukebox, dressing mirror, vending machine or NPCs to buy rods or sell fish there is no UI window and after i interact with those my character gets stuck and can't move so the only way out is to exit to main menu or desktop
