Detailed description of the bug
I can join matches and start playing normally, but during the match I get disconnected with“Error 50000 – Network Connection Failed”.

When this happens, the match is not counted, I lose progress, and I am unable to receive my 3 daily reward boxes.
This issue is very frustrating and negatively affects my gameplay experience.

The problem occurs in different locations and on different networks. My internet connection works normally and other players can continue playing.

What were you doing when this problem occurred?
Playing a match normally.
The disconnect happens during gameplay (not in the lobby), after the match has already started.

Does the issue occur randomly or reproducibly?
It occurs randomly, but repeatedly.
Sometimes I can play for a short time, sometimes I get disconnected quickly, but the issue keeps coming back.

Additional information / troubleshooting tried
Changing networks and locations
Hotspot from mobile phone
Disabling IPv6
VPN / Cloudflare WARP
Restarting PC and Steam
Clearing local cache
None of these permanently solved the issue.

# jolly birch Hey there, Sorry for the bad experience. To assist us in better locating the...
  1. In-game ID: JTJXDX
    Platform ID (Steam): 76561198386607354
  2. Platform: Steam
  3. Server node: Global Server – Europe
  4. VPN / Proxy / Accelerator:
The problem occurs without any VPN or proxy enabled.
I previously used Cloudflare WARP, which helped in the past, but it no longer resolves the issue.
  5. Issue description:
For the past few days, this issue has been occurring every time I enter a game.
...Sometimes I manage to catch one or a few fish, and other times I don’t even have time to start fishing before I suddenly get disconnected.

I am able to join a game and start playing normally, but after being on the map for a short time, I get disconnected / encounter a network error.
The problem comes back from time to time: I can play normally for a while, maybe month, a few weeks, and then suddenly—bang—I cannot play anymore. This is very frustrating.

I have great hope that you can help me solve this, and I truly appreciate all the work you do on the game. Thank you so much for making such an amazing experience for all of us players! 💖

Warm regards,
Pusia Harry
