A friend was using a Deep Winter rod but I only saw it as the stick fishing rod.
In another instance, my friend and I saw different rods on the same player (Yurusa).
I managed to reproduce it by freshly starting up party animals and joining a cabin with a player in the middle of fishing using the Deep Winter fishing rod (unsure if it happens with other rods or if it only happens in the ice fishing hole). Doesn't work every time.
Bug can be fixed by putting away the rod and bringing it out again.
