I was playing the game , from out of nowhere my Xbox series x freezed and the console kicked me from the whole game and I opened the game again and went to quick match it gave me a punish for 2 minutes like it was my fault and my friend list is really annoying me when it finishes counting I open it to see who is online and it refreshes by it self and counts from the beginning and I have 454 friend and it takes 10 minutes to count them all like imagine it keeps happening continuously too many times and that really happens it happens continuously like that's a big waste of time please take care about the game more than the care you do and fix all of these players need to have good experience thanks for reading and understanding me I know that this fault is not on your own but please take care of your bugs thanks hope the game support DM me to see the problem and fix it

- Does the issue occur randomly or reproducibly?
- The exact time and date you encountered the issue, including your time zone.
