Description of the issue:
The game itself runs smoothly without any input lag or visual bugs except for the graphic quality which seems to be blurred/foggy, not as detailed and sharp. Reducing and turning off motion blur and bloom didn't help, the only thing that helped was turning off anti-aliasing or changing it to FXAA, every other setting (SMAA, TAA, TSMAA) makes the quality seem blurred/foggy. The issue is more noticeable when selecting a character in a quick match, where the characters will appear smudge and not detailed/sharped. The issue is also present in the end game picture and in the lobby. See the attached images to see the difference between FXAA vs TSMAA, where FXAA makes it more detailed/sharp and TSMAA makes it more blurry/smudged. I have a friend with a similar system to mine who also plays the game with me but his GPU is an AMD variant and when using TSMAA he doesn't have this issue, and even looks better quality wise compared to my current graphic quality (FXAA helped but didn't fix the problem entirely, it still seems a bit off and not as sharp). Network connection is strong, I get around 370mbps with Wi-Fi 5Ghz, server region is Europe. In the attached images you can see the slight difference in quality and sharpness between the two filters but in-game in the character selection and in the end game picture the issue is even worse but I didn't screenshot those. I believe this is an issue because even with FXAA the graphics quality isn't as sharp as it normally is.
