so.. if i pick "1" option, which is Confirmation All-in-One.
Is it gonna popup notify me even when its "crossing", trending in same direction, etc..?

because if you look at this screen shot, this was alerted 20 minutes ago, but it just alerted me again

@vivid sundial so that alert you’re setting will alert you each time that a new condition is met under the confirmation signals. So you get the initial buy signal, but that last candle possibly met the “strong” criteria but then got rejected before close, causing it to go back into a normal buy state and triggering the alert again.

The “all in one” alerts are a catch twenty-two. While you can set it as your one alert on a free plan you get alerted for everything so you get useless alerts at times imo.

Our automated Discord bots will never notify you on any signal until the candle has closed and confirmed it. If you're adding alerts for Lux signals in TradingView - make sure to select "Once per bar close".

@left nest Keep in mind- nobody is forcing you to update. When you figure out what works best for you, save your template. Should V3.1 come out, create a new layout with the update first.

@left nest we absolutely do not plan to change the Confirmation signals algorithm, we’ve come a long way in its development and are at a point where it wouldn’t make sense to change so you don’t have to worry. We understand it would be frustrating losing settings & getting used to something new over and over again 👍

@night marsh if you back yesterday candle by candle you’ll find that HA candles won’t close at the actual price. So after X amount of candles the algo will likely filter the signals differently here and there. I prefer normal candles now & I traded HA for a year & a half.

When you set up a manual alert with LUX, are the lux settings 'locked' into that alert, even if you change the settings on the same chart later?

Hi There, I've noticed my alerts are delayed by 5min on the 5min chart, any way to fix this please? I know the alert is triggered at candle close but looking at my 5min charts and my alerts log, the delta between the alert and the log entry is 10 minutes for some reason

The alert was on the 13:35 candle so closed at 13:40 but the alert was triggered at 13:45

@cinder pagoda make sure you are using the same settings as the one you used to set the alert
