And TV does not detect them the same as signals for example where you change the style

@smoky wave you can add alerts, but if you are using the free version of TV, you can only have one active alert. There is NOT an "any strong" option in Lux yet. You'd need two alerts (one for strong buy and one for strong sell)

Seem to be having an issue with signals disappearing. I have alerts on 30min charts, once per bar close for strong signals. I checked the chart 20 mins after the alert and there’s no signal.. and tradingview now warns me every time I set an alert that the signals might repaint. Anything I’m missing?

Yeah, set it all up on the laptop and 20-30 minutes later the alert came through on phone. Maybe it’s a tradingview error? I’ve gone and refreshed the page and made sure all alerts are once per bar close. Hopefully it was just a glitch between app and browser.

I have seen that the alerts that the bot gives in Discord then are not in the tradingview chart. Maybe it's because I have something wrong configured. Although I have the default values of the indicator.

It's a momentum indicator
This just shows neutral momentum

RSI is used as gecko informed you as a way of showing if the bulls/bears are getting overbought/oversold.
so for example if the RSI is at 20-25 and is showing that its on its way up from that . And the price is on a down trend. Then you will see a spike in price going up
look at RSI as a way of telling you when the price is getting tired ( from 70-75 down ) or wants to push ( 20-25 )

Once Per Bar Close - by using this you will only get alerts when signals are confirmed 🙂

Yep so once the bar closes with the signal, the alert will appear
so for that 1H timeframe - it closed at 18:00
and then it alerted as that's when the signal is confirmed
there could have been other signals during that candle
but that signal was confirmed at the candle close (beginning of next candle)

I've noticed recently when I update the sensitivity settings on a HA chart, the amount of buy/sell signals changes accordingly. However, when I adjust the sensitivity on a normal candlestick chart with candle optimization turned on, nothing happens. Even if I change the sensitivity from 3 to 7. Is this normal? Thanks!

Yep - candles optimization actually locks sensitivity in place - you’ll have to reside to adjusting the other settings when this is enabled (if you want to use normal candles) @amber lichen
