@empty solar With standard settings, it seems to be working pretty well on 5 mins chart for SPY. Again i think because SPY is very liquid and Lux has lot of data to work with. For most people above 2 hours seems to work fine, but I find Lux pretty useful on the SPY 5 min chart

@supple galleon moving averages really helped me getting started.. EMAs, Hull MAs are good.. look into: MACD, OBV, VQI, and something to measure overbought/sold conditions whether you prefer to use RSI, slow stochastic, SMI or even money flow could fall into that category really.

#

I’ve shared my template where I use a 15min MACD and enter on strong alerts that are in tandem with trend with a supporting oscillator. I’m working on a new one now, very similar just uses the 1min chart. Still in beta though 🤓

So far I’m truly enjoying the indicator and the accuracy of it. One of the best and easiest I’ve used so far. Hope to highly benefit from it as I continue to use it! So for forex would it be possible to add the units/lot size needed to take the trade at using the RR and SL you’re wanting to take it at then? That’s probably a whole nother coding mess. But just curious. I mean you would also need the percentage of a dollar amount you’re wanting to risk to be able to get the units/lot size need to add up to the pips you’re setting your SL at.

Yeah it's 100% useful, pretty proud of it too. That's what we like to do - make a bunch of useful things
