Ways to deal with ban evasion/alts

Hey, do you guys have any advice for bots or ways to setup your server so you can detect and ban alts/accounts of people trying to evade bans?

either you can go the route of a simple phone verification, or what some servers do and have them go through a third party verification bot that checks for a lot more

me personally i do Nothing as they will show themselves at some point

if they do evade the ban, then they'll probably mess up and do something Silly and get banned again

or if they evade the ban, they do nothing or behave and i guess thats okay
