if you won't be able to find one that has that exact functionality and aren't able to create your own (which shouldn't be good hard, when it's this single-purpouse), there are bots that allow you to write custom commands
so the member executes the command, the bot looks at some api where your website is telling who is and isn't registered as participant. And then it assigns the role based on the api response
