im trying to install pybluez but it doesnt work through pip and i cant access /data/data/com.termux/files/

So that's a Python Bluetooth module.
There's some issues with that, getting more severe as we go down.

Judging by the GitHub repo this module hasn't received any commits since 2019 so it may not work with modern versions of Python anymore

There is however a pybluez2 module, which has received commits as late as April this year.

So, for the more fundamental issues.

Android restricts access to the Bluetooth hardware through its API
This module is largely written in C, and it's a bit of a crapshoot if that part is gonna compile on Termux without patches

I don't know if Termux even has access to the Android Bluetooth API at all.
