im trying to install pybluez but it doesnt work through pip and i cant access /data/data/com.termux/files/

So that's a Python Bluetooth module.
There's some issues with that, getting more severe as we go down.

  • Judging by the GitHub repo this module hasn't received any commits since 2019 so it may not work with modern versions of Python anymore

There is however a pybluez2 module, which has received commits as late as April this year.

So, for the more fundamental issues.

  • Android restricts access to the Bluetooth hardware through its API
  • This module is largely written in C, and it's a bit of a crapshoot if that part is gonna compile on Termux without patches
