We already have ranking system based on the activity and we also had a bot that serves this purpose before, though it rewards active role

Also we have proficient role too, but not that easy to acquire unless you show really helpful and with knowledgeable insights, or atleast good at something that would be substantially helpful. <- serves as the equivalent of recognition
