#How to install BLAS LIBRARY

I need to install the BLAS library to be able to install numpy and OpenAI, but when I try I get this message: Unable to locate package libatlas-base-dev

I'm doing this to install numpy, which can't find the BLAS library, so the build fails.

Can someone help me?

BLAS is not the exact same as ATLAS [1]
If this is a compiled library, it must be Termux-compatible just to be usable with Termux.
