#Rectangle border width should not increase the size of a rectangle, but be contained inside it.

If I use a rectangle to draw a supply and demand zone, I want the top and bottom levels of the zone to be precise, yet if I were add a large border to the rectangle, it causes the top and bottom of the original rectange to appear a higher price at the top and lower price at the bottom, so I can then no longer clearly see the original levels of the top and bottom of my rectange.

The border width should be accommodated within the height of the original rectange drawn, not outside of it. In this way the size of my rectange does not change dependent upon the width of a border applied to it.
