Will there be a questline surrounding Vampirism?

I know there will be updates and stuff, I'm just not sure when or where to find that stuff.

there will. there are a handful of pages set up for questlines that are NYI. several have already been filled by community members submitting them to us, AE2 and Ars Nouveau are namely by people in the community.
