MCE is no doubt the most expansive modpack to date in terms of everything. A lot of people even consider it the GOAT. I just think that the years of hype build up to MCE2 have warped the expectations of the modpack and leave a lot of people, myself included, underwhelmed. Especially since a lot of the systems that made MCE really great are not returning to the next version. I hope to see some of the systems reimplemented
