games glitched and maxed the level of all characters even ones i dont own! and did not give rewards

anyone able to help me with a bug im experienceing on gw2 on pc, i got a bug where it suddenly maxed all my character levels even for the ones i dont own xd and it didnt reward me the coins for those levels therefore im missing out on alot of coins and i looked everywhere and seen no fix or video or forum to help with this
