Windowed mode now borderless window after 1.4.3

Resolution and windows now behaving poorly after update. I play on my second monitor, and since the game doesn't save which monitor it was last used on, I used windowed mode to move the game window to the second monitor and fullscreen it there. This is now broken, and I have to pray I can use Win + arrow keys to move it and be able to see enough of the settings to get it fullscreened in the proper resolution.

Edit: This is on Windows 10 Home 22H2

Oh I just tried again, and the game started in windowed with a border, and flipping between fullscreen borderless and windowed keeps the border now. I guess I'll just have to change the settings before I close each time.
