#Can't Access Purchased Skins

I purchased the early supporter skins, opossum Olympia, and the Lovers bundle but they aren't showing up as selectable for me ingame. The icons appear as normal though.

They were working before about a week ago but aren't now.

I also can't seem to actually access my account ingame, it just shows the email (which is an old one) and no options at all, I'm not sure if that might be part of the problem
