I just completed the hard mode arcade with abyssal medal time for Kragg, but was not given the abyss palette. I have restarted the game and Steam several times over the past hour to check if it will appear.

same here, it gave me a weird popup for an item that just said "NICE" but I don't see the palette

I also am having the same issue with Etalus. I did not get the "NICE" as described by Landon.

same issue. no new palettes, must not be a character specific thing

Dan commented on Twitter yesterday that this is a confirmed bug and that we will receive our palettes retroactively with the next hotfix update
