hi I need some help with my creality ender 3, ive had it for a while but it stopped working and I put it off to fix it, but now that I have the motivation I was wondering why. A: when I print it just came out all stringy, B: if there was an easier way to load filimant in because its a pain in the ass, C: Even when I have the plate at the lowest point, the nozzle keeps scraping the plate

For B, the only way to load filament is to guide it through your extruder, and when it's in the tube, either turn the extruder wheel or press the extruder arm so that you can push the filament further and further until you reach the nozzle
The hardest part is getting the filament inside the tube, for that, I advise you to cut your filament to make it pointed
You could also print an extruder wheel gear so you can turn it manually
