I have an ender 3 pro with a bltouch sensor and it does not level correctly as seen in the video.
I have the config file if needed I followed everything in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OOQBdTmYaKY except I used the ender 3 pro config file.
and I'm not sure it matters but I'm using prusaslicer with the ender 3 bltouch profile (I tried using ender 3 pro and adding g29 still the same issue)

First guess would be that you did not unplug the z endstop

I’ve done that, it’s leveled normal before it only started when I changed the firmware
