Print layers splitting/delaminating - leveled bed & synced Z-axis (video)

Hey folks, need some help with my Anycubic Mega Pro.
I leveled the bed using assisted leveling and double-checked it with the paper method - everything felt right. But my prints are showing defects that look like the nozzle is too far from the bed, even though I verified the leveling multiple times.
I also synced both Z-axis motors manually to make sure they're at the same height. Here's the weird part: after a print finishes, I notice the right Z-axis has shifted higher than the left one.
Has anyone experienced this? Could the Z-motors be losing sync during printing?

The mega pro has 2 seprate endstops should my memory not trick me. You need to make sure they trigger at the same height with the screws on thrm.
