#Mars 3 extruder clicking and blockage

A couple months ago my ender 3 pro started skipping layers. The nozzle would make a clicking noise and plastic would stop extruding for a couple seconds, I can see that the gear the feeds the filament into the hot end is skipping and failing. This would usually cause prints to fail.

Here is what I have already tried:

slowly Increasing hot end temperature to the maximum temperature recommenced (220) and beyond

Greatly decreasing print speed down to 30

Multiple cold pulls and using the needle to get rid of any clogs

Leveled the bed over and over and made sure the nozzle was not to close

I just took apart the entire hot end assembly, hoping I would find a visible issue but I saw nothing wrong.

I have a google drive with my current Cura settings for anybody who wants to see: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1xHCASs9ByrsrTysVI9bNvHl46MMWC2D1?usp=sharing
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

have you tried a new nozzle/extrudingin the air to see if it is a clog?

I have tried cold pulls to get rid of any clogs but I have not tried replacing the nozzle. If I extrude it in the air it works until it starts clicking again just like it does when it’s printing normally

can you push the filament through by hand easily?

it sounds like something is in the way, sometimes cold pulls dont get the clog out
