#Ender 3 Pro layer line issues

.4mm nozzle
100mm/s, 90 flow rate, 100 infill,
210c nozzle, 60c bed

Was a process but installed a dual z axis, I don’t know if that has anything to do with it but now getting these droopy messed up layer lines only on the lower left side. Everything else including other side is printed perfect. Why is this and how do I fix this issue?

Looks like some underextrusion there for some reason

Sometimes happen with sliced models, unsure why.
