On the pic I das probing the z offset mid print to get the best one but the left part of the layer just does not want to get fixed my adjusting the z height.
What am I doing wrong or how do I fix?

Printer: sovol sv06
Special features: dual z axis, reverse bauden , planetary gears

Pick from the bottom side of the print

Your bed is definitely not level (well, trammed correctly to use the correct term)

#

See it squishing more in the more "solid" area?

frigid lake
#

how do i fix that?

Level the bed

#

It's either not leveled or is warped

frigid lake
#

It’s a magnetic pei sheet the warpeing should be gone by the magnetic sucktion

fringe dawn
#

That wouldn't happen

#

The hot bed it's self can warp

#

I'm not saying that's what's happening just saying it can happen

what should i do noe and should the abl not fix that?

I had the same issue with my magnetic spring steel sheet, switched it to a rigid bed - glass and the issue is gone.
The reason for this issue is warped heat bed under the build plate, nothing you can do with it, unless you can straighten it up by any magical way or buy a straight one

In this case i guess you have one of the two common issues tilted z axis due too low resistance values for homing or abl is off in the startscript of your printer aka no G29 or M420 S1

#

@frigid lake

frigid lake
#

so i should increase thehoming sensitivity?

amber hemlock
#

Lower it a little but id check the startscript /code first

frigid lake
#

how do i check that?

amber hemlock
#

Machine setting in your slicer

frigid lake
#

Very warped

amber hemlock
#

Hmm check if your x axis is tilted

frigid lake
#

That bed is old im correcting it rn

#

Like 6h old

amber hemlock
#

X axis is not the bed

frigid lake
#

X axis fixed bed warped too im fixin it rn

Just seeing who I’m talking to, but I think my beds level now

amber hemlock
#

Looks aceptable yes 🙂

frigid lake
#

Is that under extrusion or wrong z offset

#

!level

amber hemlock
#

This? Thats usaly skin overlap

frigid lake
#

gimme 1 sec

#

The lines are way to visible for my liking, a friend of mine has perfect first layers and no feelable lines

amber hemlock
#

I mean you can lower the z offset a little more

#

If thats not working you can reduce the firstlayer line width so you printer compensates for possible underextrusion etc.

frigid lake
#

Better pic.

amber hemlock
#

Thats line width or are you printing with .3 mm for first layer?

frigid lake
#

idk im using slicers defaults

frigid lake
#

how do i chage that in pruca slicer

#

wait ima try cura..
