So I have an Elegoo Neptune 4 Plus and just a few mins ago i dropped a large print and it landed right on the screen cracking it. Touch inputs are all messed up now and i cant find any replacements online except for one from 3dJake for 50$ not including the 25$ minimum shipping cost. Idk if the sites legit or if there are any cheaper places for a replacement screen. Please someone help me out here.
#Ok so I messed up bad and need help

Almost a hundred dollars though
True
I forgot it had that
Guess I’ll just have to level by hand then if that’s ever needed
Put bl touch on
Does the bltouch work with the Neptune 4?
Does the board have that connection?
I haven’t opened it up
Gonna have to google that
Upgrade the board
I’m not gonna be messing with any of the hardware on that thing
I don’t want to mess anything up
Never gonna know what you can do without trying
It’s not like a cheap ender 3 that I can afford to mess up a bit
I’ve already got a Frankenstein’d E3
ABL is overrated, it is not necessary
It is a nice and useful accessory to only be used once you understand the fundamentals.
Do not listen to people who automatically say get an ABL, I have highly negative thoughts towards that approach.
Oh yeah I know the N4Plus isn’t my first
I’ve had two ender 3’s for two years now and a resin for another year
I know the fundamentals I just wanted the extra build volume that it gave and plus I found it on sale for like 350
If I have to level by hand I certainly can I just liked the auto leveling
I don’t have a bltouch or crtouch on either of them too
Idk I loved mine
Especially on a Ender 3 with a warped bed
No warped bed then I wouldn't care
If it’s adhesion trouble then all you need is a bit of glue from a glue stick
Or what I did was get some rough sandpaper and sanded the surface a bit
Yes still didn't have great luck with it
Didn’t need glue after that
I put a wam bam on
I love glass pane. Cheap at lowes and they cut it for you!
If you have an old computer/laptop laying around you could set up octoprint and use it as a screen
I mean, even getting a cheap android tablet to serve as octoprint server+screen would be cheaper than getting this one at this point
Or raspberry + OctoScreen
I just use a Raspberry pi 3.0B+ and my desktop to see
That's all
Or mainsail and klipperscreen, not sure if the neptune 4 Plus has klipper or not
Yea, but I understand wanting a screen if you dont have your phone/computer close by to use the web interface
I guess
