.25 layerheight might be the issue
Most printers min movement is .04 mm
And if you get an uneven number the slicer "guesses"
Otherwise a classic would be z binding
I tried a .2 layerheight and have the same issue. What would be the best way to fix a duel z axis or properly calibrate it.
Oh wait you print abs on an open frame ptfe lined hotend printer?
