Okay hmm hmm you can try running a firmware update. I guess some stepper values got deleted and thats whats messing it up

No ik, but I kinda need to use the printer, they're only sending me a heat cable replacement not the whole thing

Ah okay hmm then youll have to ask them. I was notnable to find a solution online. Personaly i think the values for hit detection are too high after a factory.reset .... but dont ask me where you can set them

i think maybe something is binding in the z motors or the rods, the sound it makes at the end makes me believe they are not in sync

and that it doesnt know where the gantry actually is in relation to the height
