Printer has been making this scratching a chalk board type of sound lately. Not sure what it is.

I did maintenance today and cleaned up the machine plus lubed Z axis rods

Sounds like something is scraping against the print

Its a classic with that type of infill and klipper... for what ever reason the nozzle always scrapes over it.

Idk the name in Bambu Studio, but in Cura there is a feature called "Z hop" which makes your hotend lift a bit before traveling to the other part of the print. Look it up or change infill to gyroid infill as it has less travel moves.

Thanks everyone. I will adjust the settings and let you know if it changes.

secondary issue also happened to be the textured/PEI plate, simple prints kept failing on it. Switch back to normal cool plate and viola working.

Textured needs quite some z offset and lowering the bed temp after the firstlayer can make them pop off

didn't knw that, but i also hadn't had issue for months until now.

either way, thank you all for commenting and getting back to me quickly.
