Hello people,

I have just done my first 3D modeling on fusion 360 for a broken part I needed to replace on a repair project.
It's a very small belt drive pulley with a threaded part (which I guess is sensible) which drives a mechanical counter so it does not receive a lot of tension at all.
My question would be where would you recommend me getting informations for choosing the right material for printing it? Knowing I am very new to this but will likely be doing it again!
The piece is from the 60s so built from a very high quality plastic, thus I would really like to get something of the same quality if not superior!
I am not really looking to get cheap since don't have a printer I will have to order it online anyways.

Also if anyone would like to take a look at it if any advice is needed that'd be awesome!
For reference, the length is 20mm or ~ .8 inches

Thanks! :p

Try it with PLA and then if that doesn't hold up swap to say carbon fiber filled petg

If possible just remove that hollow on the face of the pulley and then print it face down, unless it needs that relief for operation
