test line printing fine but nozzle way too close to the bed when printing

i attached an image to show what i mean. when the nozzle moves to the middle of the bed it gets way too close compared to when it was on the side. I've levelled the bed multiple times so I am wondering if it could be an issue with Cura, or something else?

also the red drawing on the side is to show you waht its supposed to be in case you cant see the part that was printed waayyy too close
