looks like layer shifting. might be a belt issue. make sure they are properly tensioned

Okk, I will try that, just to be sure, this is a really big shifting of almost 3.5cm, can this still be the problem with this information?

Yes. Layer skipping can be subtle or big even bigger than what you could have
