id say too far away from the bed. your first layer is either .24 or .28mm high

So when I leveled the bed I used the sheet of paper method , and to be able to do it I had to z offset at -5 and I forgot to put it back to 0 , as a result the nozzle scraped the bed. After I set it back to 0 , there is no scrape but I was stuck with this result . What should I set the z offset

you do that live during a first layer test because there is no fixed value
