Been struggling to figure out the issue since 1 PM EST 10/15/2023 brand new anycubic kobra plus 2023 model giving hotend heater abnormal error iv reseated all my wires even taken the printer apart and updated firmware and still running into issues when auto level or preheating bed/ hotend it gives the same error message

Maybe the thermistor is damaged

that or the heating cartridge

those are usually some cylinder like objects on the hotend.

well you woudl have to check a video on how to test them. Since the printer cant heat up one or both might be damdaged
