Hey guys! I'm working in the shopfitting industry as a designer and we are discussing a new, fully 3D printed table design. The proposed material is PLA but some of the engineers have shown some concern with the degradation of PLA when in contact with moisture. They are saying they think the table will wear away when the cleaners clean the floors around the table with water and soap. I personally think they are wrong and it takes years for PLA prints to be affected by light levels of moisture.

What are some of your guys opinions on this matter? Thanks!
