For some reason it’s been doing this for the last few hours and I don’t think the nozzle is clogged because I did a cold pull on the filament and cleaned it when it was hot. Any overhang more than 50 deg starts to peel up. (Ender3 v2 ran of octo print)

Its also relatively old filament (almost a year old)

i keep it in a sealed box, and i have a few moisture sensors in there. should still be dry

if you say so

#

is it briddle?

mildly

#

it still takes a bit of twisting to rip the ends off

#

I'm not running it in a dry box currently but I have one. you think that could help?

once the moisture is in there a normal dry box doesnt work

Hmm maybe you are just lacking cooling or print too cold / hot

Also torture toaster is a limit test

I’m aware, but it was failing at 50deg and I’ve had it up to 70 in the past no problem

#

Swapping the nozzle seems to have helped

I only use brozzle nozzles so my last nozzle change was 1.5 years ago
