What kind of filament is it? Different materials have different adhesions, but as the guys above pointed out, this is most likely a bad first layer. So leveling and adjusting z offset should do the trick.

it's also best practice to go through the calibration process for different rolls and kinds of filament
do a flow, temp, retraction test and you are usually good to go for future prints with that roll
Thanks for the help. I cleaned the bed, leveled it, tried adjusting my z offset. Now it looks like that.
I'm using standard PLA.
Doesn't look clean at all but i don't know what to do.
I would make the nozzle much closer to the bed
