Can someone help with what I'm doing wrong or what else I can try

Filament keeps getting clogged in the hot end I've changed the nozzle and bowden tube tried different filaments the temp stays consistent and as far as I can tell the bowden is seated all the way pushed it as far as it will go .

I've also completely tore down the nozzle assembly and put it back together
As well as the extruder I'm at a loss as what else to do or try

Even does so in mid air to rule out a tramming issue:( .

it can machine wear and tear or the bowden tube moved and you have a gap

Forgot to say it's fixed after replacing extruder and nozzle assembly just went end to end was cheap enough instead of spending more hours fighting with it 😀

Now you can fight with the parts on your desk instead of in your printer.
