This morning I turned on my printer and started a print and 5 minutes later it gave me a thermal runaway error so I restarted the printer and resumed the print then it gave me a failed to heat e1 error HELP!

chek if the temp sensor got loose or if the temp changes when you wiggle the cable

in the latter you have broken or loose wire
