#Dual Gear Extruder skipping?

I installed this dual gear extruder and got the e-steps calibrated and now, I have this. I can’t print anymore because of this. Any ideas? Silk PLA at 220 C

Sounds like it's struggling to push the filament through, your temperature wouldn't cause this. So if it is a new extruder have you checked the Esteps? #1
If this is OK check for a blockage in the hot end assembly, I would normally say tighten the extruder grip but it's making too much noise to "just be slipping"
Do check your Esteps first, as if it's trying to push too much this could be the issue

I calibrated the e steps last night, now when I extrude 100MM it does so perfectly

Could be something in the hot end since I just got it “unclogged” after being unable to print

There’s a chance I didn’t clean it well enough. After this 24 hour print 😬 I can try to clean out the hot end
