#Is it possible to print far apart features sequentially?

I would like to print the left two studs and then the right two studs in sequence.
Right now my printer is wasting a ton of time on moving across the whole piece.
Oh, and I'm using Superslicer

I'm not aware of any slicers that have that feature. Also, "wasting time" traveling across the piece gives those small layers time to cool anyways. Printing those tiny studs at "full speed" would probably turn into more of a melty mess.
